COLOR HUMMUS CRISPINS
Ingredients:
- 100g mixture chickpea hummus Crispins
- 400ml of cold water
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- juice of 1 lemon

Method:
First we will prepare a basic recipe for hummus. Pour 100g of the hummus mixture into a mixer. Add 400ml of cold water. Then add tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Divide the resulting hummus into 4 bowls. In one we leave the basic hummus of the others, we can also make avocado hummus, beet hummus and red pepper hummus.
Avocado hummus:
Beet hummus:
- 100g avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- salt, pepper
- Beetroot
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic

Put the basic hummus mixture into the mixer (see above). Add peeled avocado, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. We will use roasted pine nuts and olive oil for decoration.
First preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Then we put beets in it and bake until soft. Then we peel the beets and cut them into smaller pieces. Add the basic hummus recipe to the blender (see above). Furthermore, boiled beets, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. We will use pumpkin seeds and olive oil for decoration.
Hummus of roasted pepper
- 100g red peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 chili peppers
- salt, pepper
First preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Then put red pepper in it and bake until soft. Subsequently, we strip the pepper. Put the basic hummus recipe in the mixer (see above). Add roasted peppers, sweet peppers, garlic, chili pepper, salt and pepper to taste. For the time being, we use dried slices of chili pepper and olive oil.
