VEGETABLES IN CHICKPEA FLOUR AND CORN BREADCRUMBS 

Required raw materials: 

  • vegetables: to taste - zucchini, carrots, broccoli, onions, cauliflower
  • egg
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • water
  • Corn breadcrumbs
  • Chickpea flour
  • sesame seeds

Let's show you how: 

Wash the vegetables, cut into slices and cook briefly.

In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the egg, nutmeg and salt.

In another bowl, prepare corn crumbs and sesame seeds.

We wrap the cooked vegetables in a chickpea mixture and then in corn crumbs.

Fry in golden oil on hot oil.
